Cleveland Indians left-hander and soon to be American League Cy Young winner, Cliff Lee, compiled seven and two-thirds strong innings and took care of the division rival Detroit Tigers, 10-4. Mr. Lee now has 19 wins on the season, and has lowered his ERA to a dismal 2.43. He struck out 4 and surrendered only 6 hits and 1 walk. No one could of predicted such a great season for him, especially after he was absolutely horrid last year. Still, in this amazing year we call 2008, Cliff is standing tall and counting the days until he will hoist that Cy Young award for the first time in his career. At this pace, it's not out of the ordinary to predict a few more.
The Good: Ben Francisco, who went 3-4 with 4 RBI and a pair of HR's.
The Bad: Second-baseman Placido Polanco, who went 0-4 and left 4 men on base.
